When I go for my blood test, it would be better if we could sit in the waiting room with masks on. Also it would be better if we could still see the Psychiatrist every 3 to 6 months for review as the last time I saw a Psychiatrist I was given new medication without a follow up which is very poor

The lady doing my physical health check was lovely, haven’t had one before so was a bit nervous. She was amazing explaining everything without even having having to ask. She has a happy, friendly personality perfect at putting you at ease.

The only thing that could be improved is a seating area while waiting

The purpose of the appointment was confused because of a previous appointment in early 2021. The nurse thought it was an annual review, not an initial assessment. This caused me a lot of worry and I reacted by getting overly emotional. However the nurse dealt with me superbly and calmed me down. I am now worried that my consequent high blood pressure, as recorded during the assessment, is not representative of my health.

I don't know if the medical records software caused confusion and could be improved.

The lady I saw today was extremely kind, caring and friendly. My expectations are always high for st Mary’s as I’m so used to great care from nice and compassionate people. Today was no exception.

Since there is a sign saying not to wait in the waiting area, maybe have some seating just outside.
